Well, since there is nothing you can do about it - try and you will likely get the same treatment yourself - you may as well record for posterity. I won't say to provide evidence for a trial as that would be rather optimistic.

He's probably not feeling much of anything after a short while; his nerves are burned away. Do we know anything about what he did, that a crowd would stand around and watch this, in relative silence, with grim but unflinching faces, and pile on more kindling? |
