The guys filming him were the same that set him on fire. I do recall this from some years ago. I don't think he was tied to the fence (other video) looks like he was backed up against it. Some guy was in his face, words were exchanged and the other guy set him on fire. Wasn't shown in the video but must have drenched him with flammable liquid because was head to toe in flames the second the match hit him.

I think I shot myself in the foot here. I didn't notice the date before posting my note. This is the video but I think a bit was trimmed off the beginning showing the exchange before he was set on fire.
