From what I remember seeing and reading before, yeah this is the one where he's tied to railings. Supposedly he was accused of rape and one of the rape victims relatives poured flammable liquid, no idea what, all over him when he was tied to the railings, and set him on fire.
There is a longer version of this video and it really is horrible. Whether the guy really did rape someone I don't know, but either way, it was a nasty way to die and for me the video was hard to watch.
BUT, I have watched it about eight times!

this angle is even more intense than the other vid! i can really see and feel the guys pain more clearly in this one, and that is quite disturbing how could anyone just stand and watch someone screaming and rolling around in pain like that? whatever he must of done to deserve such punishment was sinister enough so the whole town knew about it.
