Sorry for the misleading title all. I went by what I read from the YouTube video. Dude in video looked similar to Grant.

A video of a citizen of Belarus, marketer S. B., got onto the Internet. He shot his own parachute fall at the Krutitsa airfield near Ryazan.

The dome opened, but then the slings got tangled up. Bezruchenok fell into a coma and doctors fought for his life for about two weeks. He did not make it.

B. lived and worked as a marketer for IT companies in the United Arab Emirates for about eight years. In addition to parachuting, he was fond of freediving.

The fatal jump was not the first one for the Belarusian – he had actually done 500 successful ones before.

The weather looked wholly inappropriate for that kind of activity, with those dark and windy clouds clearly visible in all directions.

It looks like he lost his grip on one of the handles that controls the wings. I would think that they would have some kind of safety tether to allow you to pull the handle back in an regain control of the flight surface. I have no idea though. Just speculating.

If he landed in the trees, could he have been able to survive? It looks like he landed on the pavement.
Horrifying. Terrifying hearing his desperation and fear. But also very interesting to see such rare footage.

I like his channel, crazy experiments and such

way less budget than shows like mythbusters but still, crazy stuffs like making own mini metal foundry or using plasma to melt stuffs
