If the guy who got shot was paying attention and his coworker wasnt a coward he might have survived that. The shooter walked in slowly with gun in hand plain view. At :04 seconds you can see the victim put his hands up and his coworker look at the shooter. At this point in time the coworker had the perfect angle to either try and knock the fucker out or grab his gun hand and point it away from the both of them while the victim could simultaneously attack the shooter as well both avoiding the gun. It is around 2-3 seconds from the time they identify him with the gun to the time he gets shot. Plenty of time to fuck the shooter up. 2v1 with a gun at that range- the gun means nothing.
