No, not really. There are some ambulances and such, but you pretty much need help from passers-by to get yourself to hospital or try to arrange an ambulance. That is pretty hard to accept for punters from the real world who are used to having all their emergency services on the other end of a phone number 24/7.

I live in the Philippines, not Malaysia, but there is very little difference.

I too am gobsmacked that somebody simply stood there and videoed this, doing nothing to assist the poor bastard. Maybe they couldn't do anything to ease his pain, but hell, just videoing his last minutes on earth was pretty course shit.
