~ The motorcyclist had his chance to cross safely but was too slow. ~ Then the truck driver saw him cross but veered into the opposite lane to try to avoid him, when he should have just stuck in his own direction lane. |

Rider could have pulled in the clutch lever and applied the brakes at any time prior to being hit and he would have just watched the truck roll on by. Not 'ol Nguyen. He wanted to play t-bone chicken with 80,000 pounds of loaded truck. |
