After arrival, the cops first were standing there looking at the man beating the other before coming into action and controlled the suspect C, on the spot, and immediately called an ambulance to treat the injured. Not that it helped as the victim died due to the ineffective rescue. After preliminary investigation, the cause for the deadly beating was due to personal conflicts.
