Even if he got immediate help, he would die from a stab to heart. I mean even if he had been being butt fucked by a vascular surgeon while giving hand jobs to a cardiologist and an anesthesiologist as he was being stabbed he still would have died.

The died guy is trying to protect the thing being taken from the guy sitting on the floor but get stab and no one is helping him and all walk away  4. Why the 4 of guys is there at the 1st place?
