Guatemala -body of Prisoner Who Was Electrocuted when Trying to Escape
On 13th April 2020 in Quetzaltenango (Guatemala), 32 year old R.C.H. died. 'R' was a prisoner at the Rehabilitación Penal Cantel. He had been there since 6th February for violence towards women. 'R' was electrocuted when he tried to escape.
