Nah, typically people in this state literally never stand up. They live lying prone or sat on their butts. Talking of which, my commiserations for whoever draws the short draw and needs to cut/rip his shorts and underwear off. |

Nope! America, and most "developed" countries have everything to cater for the morbidly obese. Cranes, stretchers, wheelchairs. There would have been a plan specifically for something like this. |
