Re: Groom Shot Dead by Celebratory Gunfire Shortly Before Wedding
A negligent discharge is never an accident it can be the result of a lack of knowledge about firearms handling, sheer irresponsible stupidity or the result of an inherent firearm malfunction due to an error in design or implementation. (Like the one suffered by the Taurus 24/7 for example.)

Re: Groom Shot Dead by Celebratory Gunfire Shortly Before Wedding
Talking of inherent issues, one of the worst rifles ever issued to the British military was the L85A1 aka the SA80. Apart from that it was a good piece of kit. Before those days we had the SLR, which was used in the Falklands War, chambered in 7.62, accurate, reliable and fit for purpose. When it was getting replaced I hoped the UK would adopt the US AR-15 platform, which would have made way more sense than going for an untested design but you know how this shit goes. Our defence secretary makes the decisions and a few backhanders under the table or political pressure will usually swing the deal. The SA80 has been completely revamped now by Heckler & Koch as the L85A2 but it is not without good reason that the British SAS and SBS almost always use AR variants on the battlefield (the Colt Canada C8 is very popular) |

WHY on earth do you think it’s America’s job to police other countries!?!? We also have legal abortion. And, we are in the midst of ‘celebrating’ the entire trans culture by teaching trans studies in schools ::wt and chain stores actually have trans clothing sections… Why don’t you study before you speak next time. |

What kind of civilized society shoots guns in the airs during a wedding ? I mean I'm sure they're not neurosurgeons or PhDs in Quantum Physics. |

How many daughter's future husband being kill by the father? Or the father actually don't like the guy but don't want to be so obvious and do it "traditionally"? Their government never stop this kind of activity or celebration method? or their government only thinking about "it just an accident, doesn't happen in every wedding" or "cannot stop this or else would not get vote on the next election." |
