Hard to see what the cops sees. It definitely looks like the guy was reaching for something, which is a terrible idea. Unfortunately for this guy, police are trained to shoot to kill. There's many police officers who've shot and injured suspects, only to be killed by that suspect. So they take no chances, if you're perceived to be a threat they shoot until you can no longer be a threat. Most of the time that mean until you are no longer moving. Unfortunately again, falling to the ground is technically still moving.  |
