Murder. You don't shoot a man who has a knife and is yards away from you. You don't shoot a man two seconds after you order him out of the car. You don't pump him with bullets because he is still moving. This policemen is hysterical and terrified. Not the personality type we want in our law enforcement. Lucky the grieving woman wasn't black, they would have killed her too. Horrifying. Dude was laying in wait for this guy who he knows as "Ernie." How about find a different way to arrest him besides direct confrontation with a gun on his front lawn. Wrong, wrong, wrong on every level.
