The cop was moving in to serve an arrest warrant. If you were a cop, you would also expect hes grabbing a weapon (which investigators later found out he was). Good job blue, you do your job well.

Bullshit! They're just trying to cover their own ass! And what ever happened to the "double tap" that officers are trained to use? 13 times is ridiculous. The man was grabbing his chest after the first couple shots and was obviously no longer a danger. I'm not saying the officer wanted to murder that man but it appears to me that he panicked and got trigger happy. And BTW, what was up with that other guy who was cuffed and escorted to a police car? What did he have to do with it?
