I changed my view on it. I agree with you. No weapon was found and that cop should be charged at the very least with manslaughter. You can't kill a guy cause he doesn't do as you say, only when faced with an eminent threat against others and self which I didn't see. Screw the guys past.

Ah so his foot trapped in the seatbelt caused him to turn around and reach into the vehicle which looked like he was grabbing for a weapon. With is past record who can blame the cop.
