Completely justified in my opinion. When I was in law enforcement, we were trained that if we had no other option but than to shoot someone, we were to empty the clip center mass. They did not teach you to shoot for legs or arms but only center mass.

He wasnt reaching for a knife, according to the report, which is clear on the video after you re-watch it, his foot got caught on the seatbelt. This is wrong on so many levels.  |

SAD but - he should have stayed in the car. he was moving WAY too fast. after watching dinkheller get his head blown off for being a nice cop, i tend to side with the cops now.

Justified? i dont't know? If in was a cop and I already have my gun drawn, then I guess it more of a question how much time I have before I can assess the situation and fire my round. I think the cop killed him on purpose just to get it over with and no more suing from the victim. that, or the leo is super chicken shit and wants to blast everybody each time he gets scared., This is a perfect example of cops on powertrips and how fucking chicken shit some of them are. |
