They might call it being safe, I call it being a pussy. They never even bothered to help him. Reason 583 why US cops are a bag of shit, and UK police will always be so much better. UK Police are thinking of the person, not themselves.

The amount of blatant disrespect for law enforcement in this thread is kind of disgusting. Ignoring an officer and charging out of your car is a sure way to get killed. The guy, may he rest in peace, was a fucking idiot. All he had to do was stay in the car, by ignoring that he presented himself as a danger to the officer and anyone around him. The officer shot one too many times, but when you're in the heat of the moment like that you are trained to NOT take chances. |

Okay, it looked to me like the officer did believe he was grabbing for something. That does look legit, as in the officer should stop the suspect and neutralize the situation for safety of his life. What bothers me is, the 11/13 shots, is completely unacceptable, what a shame... Sadly the officer won't get charged, but he should be ashamed of himself for doing this, completely despicable. I don't care if the academy trains you to empty your clip on them, that would only be the case if this guy came out with an ak 47 or something. A couple shots will stop most suspects and a higher chance to live. But hey, this cop has to deal with this killing an un armed man for the rest of his life, sucker. |
