The kid was a p.o.s thug. Earlier He had flashed a gun at somebody who then called police. He ditched the gun somewhere then saw the cop pulling up and turned around to run away but got flanked by 2nd cop, at which point he turned around, started walking backwards and reached under his shirt as if to pull a gun. The little gun toting shit head got what he wanted. I hope the little fuck rots in hell for forcing an innocent cop to kill an unarmed man

I feel the United States Department of Justice should include mandatory high school credits of civilian / police interactions.
