It was only then that he did anything to show any concern for the victim, like try talking to him or stemming the blood loss. He let him lie face down in his own blood for 2.5 minutes, and didn't do shit.

These cops are sometimes terrified little babies with guns. The terror in their voices and actions. Not the sort of people we should be paying to keep peace. They should always risk their own lives before shooting a citizen. They have the whole deal backward.

That guy was not complying, he was walking away deliberately then he went for his pocket - so he got a bullet. When you see the other vids on here of people trying to kill coppers you understand that this is totally justified.
