The first thing they tell you in a powerline safety class is DON'T EVEN TRY TO TOUCH THE VICTIM! There is nothing you can do, and a good possibility you will wind up dead as well. Power workers have special gloves and sticks, and can turn the power off.
Plus you don't know where this was hotwired from.
Um........also.........with grape power, comes grape responsibility......just a thought to keep in mind....

His leg appeared to be glowing like a light bulb, at first I thought the bone was acting as a filament, but that characteristic glow makes me think of the sodium (in the form of salt) in his flesh and other tissues being responsible.
It's glowing like a pickle if you pump a household supply current through it, and I am impressed with the level of illumination that the human leg can produce.
you forget that tallows used in old times candle were made from fat tissues of animalswhich is similar to human fat. burns like candle.
