There are some Darwin Award worthy comments on this thread The urge to run to the rescue is understandable, but unless you actually have the foreknowledge to assess the safety of the situation, leave it to the first responders. This isn't some guy who choked on a hotdog and just needs some clumsy administration of the Heimlich maneuver. If anybody in that crowd had simply rushed in to save the day, the situation would've turned out even worse. |

I think this is a case where you really cant help.... you can hear the electric. If hes already dead, theres no reason to risk your own life till technicians get there to handle it properly.
