I've got way more than I'll list here, but I have a Yonkers Type 1 Kimber Classic Custom from August 1998. Had to replace a defective safety and upgraded the recoil spring to 18.5lbs. Other than that, she's been rock-solid for 18 years.

Now factor in the enormous difference in population numbers between Japan and the U.S. and give us a per capita rate. Then, break those numbers even further down in terms of suicide, justified police shootings, accidental deaths, justified instances of legal self-defense, and so on and so forth.
