Death by flip flops, a Documenting Reality first if I am not mistaken. That's the Latino version of garroting, typically incompetent Latinos try to wind one side of the string on a PVC pipe. Good thing Latinos don't have nuclear or biological weapon capability. Politeness Man says the proper way to use a pipe for garroting is to tie both ends of the string or wire to the pipe and then keep twisting / turning the pipe so you get mechanical advantage. Sometimes official garroting uses a screw device that is turned, like in this video re-enactment:
