Sounds very fucked up, but, here in Mexico its easier to let them "work" (selling drugs) than take control of them. The justice in Mexico is fucked up, you can kill many people, but if you have $$$ you can laugh your ass over the laws. Mexico is rotten, starting from our policemen and our army, they receive money from or even work for cartels.

This is the effects of cocaine, you could do anything to anyone while on that shit and not feel a tad bit of remorse. I could understand wanting to torture someone for raping little kids or family members or a psychopath that chopped up some innocent person but in the name of narcotics? fuck no! |
