Even whites in the U.S. south - mostly of English and Scots-Irish stock - are dumber and more violent then whites in their natural habitat and most of them have only been in the south a few hundred years.

These men aren't insane and they may even be stone sober. They're doing pretty much the same thing their Aztec ancestors did...
