China apparently has barely any enforcement for building code and products in general. Thats why all these fine videos that we see coming from China. China always has these type of accidents/mishaps that happen on a regular basis.

If the electrical was legit and coded for that fountain; With the same standards we have in the U.S., shit like this wouldnt happen..

China likes to cut corners in all ways. Faulty, cheap, and terrible products from China are the results of cutting corners to save money and go cheap....

China built the biggest dam in the world.. That Chinese dam will be the biggest man made disasters in the history of the world.. WATCH THIS SHIT!!!! MARK MY MOTHER FUCKING WORDS!!!!

People will die because they rely on a system that is cutting corners and using poor quality, poorly engineered systems to support life....

I currently live in China and there is a major lack of enforcement and and more importantly a major lack of cooperation with building codes and what not. Cutting corners and disregarding laws and what not is just what people do here.

I have never seen a professional electrician in China. Every time I have needed an electrician or seen someone need an electrician it's either do it yourself or some random guy "who knows what he is doing" does the electrical work.
