mammals aren't tomatoes or paintballs...it takes pretty insane impact(like artillery or a 200mph superbike into concrete) to see an instantaneous burst of blood, especially when the skull is not involved. this particular fall was slowed greatly by the ropes; I bet she wasn't doing more than 20mph when she hit the frozen ground. yes that would fuck you up, but I see no good evidence of blood/entrails in the footage.

Just a heads up for those who can't make it out. There's some blood spatter when she initially gets acquainted with the ground, but the rest isn't a blood trail, it's just her body moving snow, exposing the dirt underneath. Still, hope she dies and all, what with that being a Darwinian decision. |
