Same shit happened to me when I was little got on top of a toilet that was still not bolted on it flipped and broke.I got cut really bad tendons,veins, and tissue. This restroom was in our house at Mexico it faces outside so for when we have guests for parties.I was playing hide and seek and was trying to see over the door by getting on top of the toilet. Doctor said I bled a lot.

thats why you should not go cheap on toilet fixtures and such. porcelain is almost as sharp as glass when it breaks... and as brittle if not built enough.
