An eight year old died late on Thursday (1st) after falling on a toilet, the girl climbed, she slipped and fell on the toilet. With the fall, the toilet broke and the girl suffered a cut in the femoral artery. She came to be rescued, but died from bleeding in the hospital. During the night, she went to the bathroom, climbed into the vessel and fell. When we arrived at the house, the scene was shocking because I had a lot of blood on the spot "says the expert of the Civil Police,He said it is not known why the child climbed on the toilet.
That will be investigated, but the suspicion is accident.

But damn, what a strange way to go...they should have had the toilet secured to the floor more. It seems that the girl actually climbed in the bowl and tipped it over and it broke, cutting her.
