There is something haunting about this footage. As a filmmaker, I'm interested in reactions more than anything—with that in mind:

Here is an enhanced version, stabilized, and some color grade. Full frame on the right, then closeup on the left.

The facial closeup is 50% slomo, and with spatial enhancement, to better see her final expressions. When her face leaves frame, it cuts to a close-up on her hands, as they are only only really expressive thing we can see (aside from her cute Brazilian jiggling ass). The hands are not in slow-mo and thus react to the gunfire.

After looking at her facial expressions more closely, she seems to have more of a resolved "oh I really fucked up", which is a bit different from than my take seeing the fleeting glimpse in the original video.

It is most definately real, far as I can tell she didn't piss herself, look through the whole thread, there are a lot of post-mortum stills.

Which of the several versions of the video are you basing your thoughts on?
