I hear that when people jump from the Golden gate bridge it isn't really the impact that kills them, it's the momentum of them stopping so quickly and their internal organs don't fair well with ribs.

Yes that's the side of her skull. The force of the sudden stop caused her brain to burst through and hit the street below. When her skull is hanging down in that frame, look directly below as her brain is laying on the pavement.

I had a plane crash case years ago. At night, in instrument conditions, Pilot lost control at 19,000 feet, spiraled down. Crash in the mountains. 6 people lived because the plane crashed DOWN the hill slope, not UP. So the rate of de-acceleration was SLOW enough that it did not destroy their inner organs. All a matter of luck. FAA ATC paid a ton of money for not warning pilot of VIP 6 storm directly ahead.
