They were totally clueless. Like the one person who was slapping her face to wake her up like she had just fainted from too much water! Then that girl in the blue sandals just had to have a ring side seat now.

She might have still been alive when she was taken out of the water and possibly might have been revived with proper CPR. We will never know. Good motivation for getting trained. I did so years ago. Haven't needed to use it yet, but who knows what the future holds?
