oh dear. You see her moving a little too...Right before that other vehicle runs over her and drags her away. Poor girl. That's horrible. But...come on. Should have been careful as all get out, crossing streets at night. I DO hate when pedestrians cross the street with out a care in the world, especially at night when it is hard to see them. But. It was an accident. She probably would have lived if that 1st car that hit her just stayed at the scene. POS. I hope he got sentenced to prison

This reminded me of this blind hound dog named Sam in my old neighborhood who was elusive enough to never getting hit by oncoming traffic. The dog would always take his afternoon walkabout and return home evading any real issues somehow.
