without any links to back it up it could just be a normal bungee jump. A lot of people scream during a bungeee jump, not sure why everyone assumes it's fatal. We can't see shit on his video.
I looked for some news about her and found nothing about a death: Shaan Kaya Ropejumping. I think she just screamed when the line was yanked sideways, as they do when people reach the point where the rope goes taut. It looked like she went sideways at the point where she screamed. Maybe she died, but I didn't see any news article about a death there.

That could explain why the support folks didn't say anything decisive.

Yeah from what i found out is that she didn't die...the cord yanked to the right and scared the shit out of her...she's not dead!!!
