Girl on Bicycle in Crosswalk Hit Hard by Speedy Redlight Running Drunk Motorist
Brazil, A cyclist was hit by a passenger car while trying cross the avenue in a crosswalk at the traffic lights on Sunday. Teenager K. V. B. T. was launched and thrown several meters and could not resist her injuries. The bike was completely destroyed. Witnesses reported that the driver would have run the red light and after the crash did not stop to help the victim. He was caught and restrained by people a few meters away from the place and his car was totalled. At the police station, he confessed to drinking alcohol. Footage recorded the moment of the accident and showed the cyclist crossing the lane when she was violently hit by the vehicle traveling at high speed. The Highway Patrol was called to register the incident. The victim's body underwent expertise and was sent to the IML.      |

Drunk drivers suck*, no doubt, but note that the cyclist behind her STOPPED for traffic. And who still uses inner tubes? *I've been hit by DDs twice and during the first, I turned my steering wheel inside out with MY FACE. |
