This was not gas as in "gasoline" - it was LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas). Anyone who thinks these people were trying to "steal" it is a moron.

I watched the interview with an explosions expert on YT. He said that the explosion occurred when they tried to move the burning tanker out from under the bridge, which was not such a good idea. According to witness accounts it was burning there for almost an hour prior to exploding outright.

First rule is make sure site is secure. Second rule is anything that might explode keep a distance away that your thumb can cover the entire wreck. Just fucking idiots walking over to investigate a giant fire. |

Not much in these videos. Just shows the tanker stuck under the bridge before it caught fire, and the hospital nearby rocked by the explosion.
