I'm convinced we're being told that unvetted migration from collapsed nations and systems such as this are being pushed by people who've never seen these kinds of acts. |

just wandering whether could this kind of "activities" be an arrangement by the prison / local government. When ever the prison is getting crowded, they'll give weapons (eg. knifes, metal rods, guns, handphone, etc) to 1 of the gang group, release them to a certain compound/area and let them kills. Then the next time the prison will give another gang group weapons to do the same thing again.
