I wouldn't even bother with sending in the army, unless the option was available to send in the British SAS, The Royal Navy SBS or the entire U.S. SEAL team contingent. Let's see these dirty tapas-eating motherfuckers try and behead UK or US armed forces operatives and they will quickly discover the real meaning of pain, and how slowly a human body can die.
But why put our finest at risk ?
My first option would be an air force intervention, with a bombardment of JDAMs. And then send in special forces to execute all living family members of the guilty thugs that committed the crimes we are watching now.
With thugs like these, the only language they know and understand is the language of pain. As selfish it may be to kill their families , it is the only effective deterrent against repeats of this incident in the future.
