I don’t know much about protocol in this situation, but if they find the shooter giving themselves up like that laying on the floor aren’t they supposed to make the arrest first? I can’t see properly at the end, but it seemed the shooter layed on the floor and then the cops kinda just carried out an execution

When the first officer spotted her she had her rifle in hand and was standing up. You cant tell for sure if she pointed it at him but it doesnt matter.

The second officer fired because he saw her squirming. He had every right to shoot her. She had just shot multiple people including kids.

At no point was she just laying there as if she was giving herself up.

I question why or how people like you even end up on a site like this.

He came from a good family and no one knew he had mental health issues. He told a friend on numerous occasions he wanted to kill himself. He must have been in so much pain to do something so careless and violent. Those poor babies must have been so scared...
