Isn't just you. Witnessed that, too. Something is off and it doesn't seem right.
She is definitely wearing black vans in both videos. The video from the Axon is facing the window, causing a glare making the shoes almost look red in certain frames.
They are the same shoes.

After re-watching, i agree.. the light/glare looks to make the shoes appear colored diff at angle.
