Those are some crazy set of circumstances. But do they not have blinking lights in Japan? I mean Do they not have some kind blinking reflectors or lights. Or better yet, how about A sign that says construction workers ahead. Do you think those people would be up-to-date on that kind of s*** |

Crew did everything right with waving that big fluorescent green warning flag and still get a vehicle dumped on them. This reminds me of the sort of thing you might see in China on the roadways, except they usually don't be waving a nice, big warning flag like intelligent asians would do |

Poor guy. I live in Japan currently, and they usually had signage well in advance of the lane closure. This is definitely a rare freak accident here. The driver is 100% fucked. He’d have to reimburse the family (they call it gomenesai) before he goes to prison.
