Like death really wanted that guy that day but ffs when you stop a vehicle with the intention to unload signs you don't wave a flag 1 feet before the vehicle hoping some distracted driver will notice it. He should have been waving the flag before that bridge so traffic has time to react. The other escaping guy was more lucky stepping into the oncoming lane without looking. Good thing they were wearing a mouthmask, god forbid they catch a virus out there on the road.
