News outlets would probably say something like this... After a six week investigation and multiple interviews with witnesses, the forensics concludes after a thorough review by specialists that the motorcycle driver did, in fact, hit the bus.  |

Forensic scientists did find semen at the scene of the crime, on and about the body of the motorcyclist, but it did not match the driver of the bus. Bystanders are being interviewed.

The forensic tests found traces of the bus driver's wife and sister's vaginal fluids on the victim's crotch, face and hands. The driver is being charged with murder.
