Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
In other words, "They din doo nuffin'!". Right? Yeah. Sure. Glad the dog's dead. The owners should go to jail for assault. |

Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
The reason the cop was there has no bearing on anything whatsoever. You say the dog didn't bark? How do you know that? Because the careless dog owners said so right? Well they would say that wouldn't they, the dog rushed him the cop took no chances and killed it. I suggest it's you that needs to get your head out of your fucking arse and realise there are 2 sides to a story not just what the media tells you. Having said that, if you hate cops like some deadheads clearly do then the truth is irrelevant. And for the record Oswald2001 is a fool that is only outraged over this incident because the owners are black. It ties in perfectly with his shitty racist agenda. |

Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
what in the flying fuck would make anyone think this wasn't a justified shooting? Be a dog lover, sure, but don't be blinded by it. The dog was immediately attacking the guy once the door was opened. The owner clearly was in the wrong, knowing the dog would do that. For the first time I feel the shooting of a dog was totally warranted.

The cat is the only one at that residence that reasonably had his shit together, and he voted with his feet as soon as the shit started.

Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
I'm sure this is not the first time the dog ran out the door. It was doing what it was supposed to do with tragic outcome. The owners should have restrained the dog before opening the door. In this instance, the cop really didn't have a choice but to shoot to protect himself. Very sad. |

Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
I personally have a dislike for most police due to my own personal experiences but everyone seems to want to join the band wagon just cause they see everyone else doing it. As a dog owner, this is very sad and I don't know whether or not it was justified, I wasn't there and there is not audio to tell if the dog was being friendly or not. Let's just see this for what it really is... Fucking sad.

Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
I can handle watching anything with zero problem other than pets and kids and I love dogs but if he was just knocking on the door and he KNEW immediately that the dog was coming and it sure wasn't coming out for a nice pat or two...I also say 100% justified. Why the fuck would you let a powerful dog like that out the door which is basically in protect and attack mode?? I hated watching the poor dog but the owners are fuckin morons, no way around it.

Re: Florida Cop Shoots Dog - Claims Self Defense.
It is very sad that the dog was shot, but QUITE obviously the dog WAS not running up to greet that cop. Any owner who let's their attack dog "lead the way" out the door, was obviously planning to allow the dog to attack. Fuckin dipshit dog owners deserve prison time. For animal Cruelty, and Attempted assault / murder of a cop. Shit toss a few extras on them: Vehicular Manslaughter and Bank Fraud, while you're at it. Raise that sentence to life. Scumbag fucktards. |
