I think it's wrong he was sentenced to 10 years. You rob someone, then be prepared to take the consequences, whatever they may be. It might deter robbers if more people did what this driver did!!!

Driver's sentence was WAY too harsh.......I can see a $200 for agressive driving, but that is all.
2 less criminals are no loss to society at all. And "BLU", just remember that those criminals are using up resources that could be used to help poor people, small children, schools, and health care. I have no problem trading their lives at all. You seriously think this is the first time they did this? This is a value judgement that I have no problem making. If they weren't crooks, they wouldn't be dead, that's all there is too it.
So let me get this straight..... ALL crimes should be punishable by death?
But running someone over with a car and murdering them should be allowed??

You people are all a bunch of fucking morons. That guy ran over 2 people and murdered them. Sure, they robbed him. They should have been charged with the crime they committed and sentenced accordingly. Not murdered. Does anyone care about the complete wreckless endangering of other's lives because of the guy driving the car? Look at him? He drove up on the sidewalk and is LUCKY that there weren't innocent bystanders there. He could have killed multiple other people in the process all over a fucking cell phone. Are you people all stupid?!! The guy that was in the car was obviously a fucking psychopath, and you people wish he was still on the streets? He did maim them for the rest of their lives.

In one case, the rest of his life was 1 or 2 seconds.

The other case it might have be a couple of minutes.
