Fleeing Cell Phone Thieves on Scooter Dead when SMART Car Driver Runs Them Down
Naples, Italy, Sept 2013. A man (29) in his SMART car that was robbed of his mobile phone by two robbers on a scooter decided to chase his robbers and hit them with his car when they fled on their scooter.
Both robbers died and he was sentenced to 10 years in jail.

I think it's wrong he was sentenced to 10 years. You rob someone, then be prepared to take the consequences, whatever they may be. It might deter robbers if more people did what this driver did!!!

Sorry but yet again I feel like theft is not equal to death. With that being said, the driver's sentence was too harsh, he was obviously enraged and overcompensating or his Mini.
