u guys mis understood the point of the hanging.

they reached a new level of traffic regulation technology.
in another 10 years they will discover that they would do their jobs better without the rope around their neck.

also, who is the first one to "crash" through those dudes. a big truck, a motorcycle...we´ll see on the next episode
