Filipino police training: 1. Take your unloaded gun. 2. Load magazine. 3. Insert it into your pistol. 4. Holster your pistol. When you need to neutralize a threat: 1. Unholster your pistol. 2. Cock the hammer. 3. Rack the slide. 4. Point and shoot (If you still was alive during steps 2 or 3) The "guard" has small, maybe weak ass hands and needed to cock the hammer before racking the slide to make it easier for him, damn I can't unsee his "technique"  |
