Re: Filipino Man Split in Half After Throwing Himself Underneath Truck
OK. I'm confused. And I know that's not news, but hear me out ... I've visited a few countries around the world and usually those stripey lines across the road mean that traffic should give way to pedestrians. Do those lines mean something different there?!?! WTF?!? I know that rules for pedestrians crossing the road, which in a person's country of origin might be considered to apply everywhere in the world, can vary from country to country. For example, I'm outside the US and a couple of times I have had (apparent) US tourists (e.g. from cruise ships) just walk out in front of my car while I am driving expecting that I'm going to give way to them. (I'm not). |
